In your 30-minute intro call, we’ll get to know you—your career history, your goals, and the challenges that brought you here. We’ll ask questions, listen carefully, and share honest perspective on how coaching might help.
This isn’t a sales call. It’s a conversation between professionals, and you’ll leave with something useful whether or not we decide to work together.
We’ll cover:
- Where you are in your career right hohw and where you want to be
- What's getting in the way (and whether coaching can address it)
- Any questions you have for us

After your call
Within 24 hours, your coach will follow up with a brief email that makes it easy to take the next step—on your timeline, at your pace.
Your follow-up email will include:
- A recommended coaching plan based on your conversation
- Investment details and exactly what’s included
- A proposed agenda and timeline for getting started
There’s no obligation to move forward. But if the fit feels right, we make it easy to begin.
