Rob brings decades of leadership, operations, and executive coaching experience.
An ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Rob has led large-scale organizations, managed multi-million-dollar budgets, and built leadership development initiatives at Tulane University. As Executive Director of the Tulane University Leadership Institute, he designed and delivered leadership programming across faculty and staff populations, integrating coaching, Clifton Strengths, and inclusive leadership frameworks.
Earlier in his career, he oversaw major university operations, directed executive education programs in the US, Asia and Latin America, and taught marketing and leadership classes in the Freeman School of Business. He understands complex systems, stakeholder dynamics, and what it takes to lead responsibly.
Clients appreciate Rob’s calm presence, practical insight, and ability to create space for reflection while holding high standards. His work is grounded in transparency, lifelong learning, and the belief that leadership is a responsibility, not a title.
Based in New Orleans, Rob is a Tulane MBA and proud parent of two Tulane graduates.
Carla specializes in high-stakes career transitions where positioning and strategy determine outcomes.
As former Executive Director of the Career Management Center at Tulane University’s Freeman School of Business, she coached hundreds of students, MBAs, and emerging leaders into competitive roles. She built relationships with 500+ employers, giving her firsthand insight into how hiring decisions are made, and why some candidates rise to the top.
Beyond academia, Carla directed the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program in the Gulf South region for 5 years, coaching founders and entprepreneurs on strategic growth and decision-making.
Carla’s coaching style is direct, enthusiastic, and grounded in execution. Clients leave sessions with sharper narratives, clearer decision criteria, and stronger competitive positioning.
Carla holds an MA in Communications and is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW), and Certified Executive & Leadership Development Coach. She is currently completing her International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification, anticipated by year-end.
She splits her time between New Orleans and Sarasota and is the proud parent of four college graduates.
